In efforts to keep our practice small, preserve access to care, and honor the commitment of our Founding Members, we will be introducing enrollment fees rather than increasing our monthly membership fees.

Just $50 per month per member provides comprehensive primary and urgent care with zero copays, surprise charges, or insurance complications. HSA accepted. Members also enjoy discounted labs through LabCorp and Any Lab Test Now of Plymouth and Rogers, MN as well as reduced cost imaging through both iCare Diagnostics and RAYUS Radiology.

Our practice is committed to evidence-based medicine, with every recommendation and treatment guided by the best available scientific research and established clinical guidelines. Our scope of care does not include functional medicine, homeopathy, naturopathy, or other alternative therapies that are not supported by high-quality scientific evidence. We respect each family's right to make informed healthcare decisions. Our responsibility is to provide evidence-based recommendations while fostering a safe environment that protects our patients, their families, and our staff.
